Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition in which you received it. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products Products that are bespoke or specifically made to order are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure that your order details are accurate before placing your order.

Partial Refunds In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with clear signs of use
  • Items not returned in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds If your refund has not been received:

Sale Items Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same product, please contact us via email at info@aluminiumcladdingltd.co.uk and send your item to our business address.

Shipping Returns To return your product, please mail your item to our business address provided on our website.

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For valuable or expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
